PAYMENTS: • All monthly payments (R320.00) are due in advance, on or before the 1st of each month. • Quarterly payments (R799.00) are also due in advance, on or before the 1st of the first month of each quarter:1st Quarter - Payable on 1 February 2nd Quarter - Payable on 1 April 3rd Quarter - Payable on 1 July4th Quarter - Payable on 1 October • Registration Fee (R120.00) is due with the 1st payment for both options.• The Yearly option (R3 200.00) is due on or before the 1st of March month.• All cancellations must be given in writing, a month in advance.
COMMUNICATION• It is important to us to communicate with parents via email, WhatsApp or cell phone.• Please notify us immediately of any change of address, contact details and cancellation, so that we can keep our data base up to date.
FREE JERSEY & QAURTERLY GIFT• The Free Cricky Jersey with any shorts must be worn during weekly sessions. The Free Jersey will be handed out during the end of the 2nd term and the Free Gifts during the end of each term. Please note: Participants that register and pay up-to-date for Term 1 to Term 2 will receive a jersey.
WEEKLY SESSIONS• The Cricky Sport sessions takes place once a week, for 35 minutes (February-November), during school terms. Parents will be informed in advance when a session will be cancelled in a case of rain or bad weather. These sessions will be worked in during the following weeks.
MINI CRICKY FUN DAYS• We plan to have a Mini Cricky Fun Day every term. Parents will be notified well in advance, regarding the times and venues. The first Mini Cricky Fun Day will depend on the number of registrations.
INDEMNITY: Cricky Sport or any of our personnel, consultants or coaches may not be liable for losses, claims or injuries children may be subjected to or anything related to these, in spite of the origin.
